Reporting to: Operations Manager
Due to company growth and expansion, we are looking for someone to manage our paint line within our new state of the art facility. Here at Anaconda, you will be offered a world of opportunities. As a paint line manager, you will be required to ensure work flows efficiently through the paint line. You will also be required to meet production requirements through the distribution of daily duties and the motivation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accessing and driving the workflows through the paint facilities ensuring maximum utilisation.
- Managing people to ensure maximum output.
- Monitor the paint consumption and look for efficiencies and cost reduction in paint where possible.
- Supervise day to day work ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coach and support the team to ensure right first quality is achieved.
- Ensure touch ups are carried out efficiently and to company standards.
- Working as a team to help bring about change and service improvement.
- Comply with all health and safety standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to tight production deadlines.
- Can do attitude.
- Ability to use own initiative.

Here at Anaconda, you will be offered a world of opportunities. Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Support Engineer to expand our Service team. We are on the lookout for a Support Engineer who will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, training new and existing Anaconda dealers plus the servicing Anaconda products worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshooting and accurately diagnosing any potential issues.
– Recommend and advise on any preventive maintenance works to be carried out.
– Commissioning of the full range of Anaconda Equipment worldwide.
– Training of operators to a high standard on Anaconda Equipment.
– Ability to complete any allocated work within allocated time frames.
– R+D onsite testing both at Anaconda HQ and worldwide.
– Accurately recording and relaying data to engineering.
– Testing, repairing, adjusting any equipment for optimum performance, and ensuring that all work meets standards.
– Organising client service requirements including organising approved parts, materials and consumables for repairs, as well as the execution of service and maintenance work on client equipment.
– To keep in contact with relevant dealers/ customers and advise of progress of intended work and updating on any ongoing issues.
– Adjusting equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts, components or systems.
– Cleaning lubricate and performing other routine maintenance work on equipment.
– Attaching components and adjusting new equipment including any R+D developments/ retrofits.
– Ensuring all time and materials used in the repair of any machines has been properly documented/reported as required.
– Setting up new equipment on site for demo/production.
– Providing feedback to the engineering department on reoccurring problems as well as inputting into research and development.

– Reviewing warranty issues and identifying and reporting back areas for improvement and to assist with the identification of related production issues.
– Conducting work both at Anaconda Facility and on the road.
– Service call outs to customer locations as and when required.
– Working closely with the Product Line Manager to resolve problems.
Criteria:
– Minimum of 3 to 5 years previous experience in a similar position/ industry.
– Previous experience working with crushing, screening and conveying equipment.
– A strong working knowledge of various diesel engines and diagnostic equipment.
– A strong working knowledge of hydraulics.
– A strong working knowledge of 12- and 24-volt electrical systems.
– Excellent communication and team working skills.
– Willing to work overtime as and when required.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, both electrical and hydraulic plus maintenance manuals.
– Commitment and willingness to regular travel. A valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract is a requirement for this position. Up-to-date passport would be needed to fulfil the job requirements.
– Able to multi-task projects and meet production deadlines.
– Good organising and decision-making skills.
– Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
– Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
