Vacancies:

International Sales Manager

With over 1200 machines built and delivered to more than 50 countries across 6 continents over the last 10 years, Anaconda Equipment International Ltd offers a full line of mobile tracked Screening, Recycling and Conveying Equipment to the worldwide market.

Earlier this year Anaconda became part of the McLanahan Corporation, whom are an almost 200 year old family owned business, headquartered in North America, with 500 employees across multiple worldwide facilities.  Anaconda joins Universal Crushers and Eagle Iron Works as part of the McLanahan family of companies and will be capitalizing on the shared Screening, Crushing and Washing synergies in upcoming product releases.

Anaconda is about to commence build on a new state of the art manufacturing facility in Northern Ireland that will quadruple its production capacity and as such has an immediate opportunity for the following senior position;

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and driving sales as well as expanding the existing dealer network within EMEA and APAC directly, and through the management of the existing European Sales Manager.
  • Developing strategy tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
  • Assisting dealer network and set up targets.
  • Working closely with dealers to ensure all targets are met.
  • Preparing monthly sales forecast reports.
  • Communicating with dealers on a regular basis and assessing market requirements.
  • Representing the business at conferences and trade shows.
  • Providing information, quotes, specifications for any enquiries.

Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing/ engineering environment.
  • Previous experience working in the Quarrying industry.
  • Sales experience in an OEM & manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Computer Literate.

Please note the selected candidate must be flexible to travel when and where necessary in order to develop and maintain strong customer working relationships.

Holidays: 28 Holidays per year.

Salary: TBC + Commission

Final Assembly Supervisor

Anaconda Equipment International’s partnership earlier this year with McLanahan Corporation has resulted in extensive company growth and expansion. As a result, we have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a progressive international company as a Final Assembly Supervisor.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of fitters in assembling machines.
  • Taking complete ownership of the final assembly department.
  • Ensuring quality of work within the team exceeds production standards.
  • Reporting any faults/quality issues to the Quality Manager.
  • Ensuring team complies with all Health and Safety regulations.

Criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
  • A minimum of 3 years fitting experience
  • Effective team working and communication skills
  • Highly organised attitude.
  • An excellent ability to plan and prioritise.
  • An approachable attitude.

Hours: 38.75

Days: Mon-Thurs 8am- 5pm Friday 8am-2pm

Holidays: 28 Holidays per year.

Welder

As a Welder you will work as part of an effective production team, constantly ensuring that all materials are welded to a high-quality standard in order to meet customers ongoing demands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • MIG Welding materials together using various tools and equipment.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Examining welds and ensuring that all welds meet quality standards.
  • Operating power tools.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety Regulations.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail

Hours of Work: 38.75 (Overtime available).

Days: Mon – Thurs 8am – 5pm and Fri – 8am – 2pm

Contract Type: Full Time

Holidays: 28 per year
